We have used Prolific Heating and AC for our office in Grapevine over the past year and have been extremely pleased with the service that was provided. Juan is honest, trustworthy and stands behind his work. His response time is amazing! You will not be sorry if you contact him for your heating and ac needs.

I recently had to replace my entire HVAC unit, and honestly, it was one of those stressful, expensive situations you never feel prepared for. Its the middle of summer, its hot, and I dont know much about HVAC at all. On top of that, as a woman, Im always a little worried about being taken advantage of when it comes to big repairs like this.I had two other people come out before Juan, and neither experience left me feeling confident. But Juan was completely different. He was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on in a way I could actually understand. He walked me through all my options without pressure, and for the first time in this whole process, I felt at ease. That peace of mind means everything when youre making such a big decision. I genuinely felt like I could trust him, and thats not something I say lightly. If youre dealing with HVAC issues and feeling overwhelmed, I highly recommend asking for Juan and his team at Prolific Heating and Air.
