FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am not the cheapest but i am not the most expensive either. I have pride in the work that I do so I have a good idea on the market and what a fair price looks like. I have worked for companies that charge way too much and I am not about that. I want to take care of my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to offer my customers the best experience possible. The field I work in can be very confusing and hard to understand at times. I like to show pictures of the issues at hand and I like to be as transparent as possible as to what the customer should expect. I typically like to give more than one option so that my customers don’t feel like there’s only one solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was put directly into the field and learned everything hands on. I have my technician certification. I have also been through an intense learning academy for troubleshooting systems. Anything from new installs, ductwork, and blow in insulation, to service work for problematic systems I am sure a can fill your needs. I also have commercial experience as well.
