The team from Green Earth (Fernando, Rene, Sheldon & Stephanie) is a pleasure to work with. They are thorough professionals, skilled at their trade and have a genuine care for customer satisfaction. Fernando patiently responded to all my questions while I made my decision and at no point rushed or pressured me. Stephanie made sure that all the sms and phone conversations are captured accurately on the work order and kept me informed on the process in a timely manner. Sheldon and Rene went out of their way to share their expertise and I learned a lot about HVAC systems by simply talking to them. Green Earth quote was not the cheapest I received but you get excellent service and courteous, professional communication from their team that more than justifies the additional cost. Thank you Team Green Earth for helping us with our AC issue. I'll definitely look y'all up the next time I am in need of HVAC help.
