If you want somebody to repeatedly miss appointments, show up hours late, drag mud across your carpets, and then try to charge you over double what you were quoted, use these guys.
I hired CR Construction to complete a tile repair in my shower. I told them I had a shower panel / tower that they would need to take down and reinstall in the process. They said it would be 230 dollars total.
Scheduled for a wednesday. Didn't show. Then called saying they were running behind and wanted to reschedule. Rescheduled for friday at 3. They showed up at 540. Traced mud across my carpet. Then they said they thought it was a towel rack and not a shower panel / tower and said they would need to charge me 480 dollars.

Hello aiden I’m sorry things did not work well between us and I am truly sorry. I did notice that we tracked mud on to your carpet and like when I noticed and apologized for it in person. It was my mistake for giving you a quote over the phone without a description of the work that need to be done. By looking at it in person I saw what exactly need to be done the right why instead of the person that installed it before. And for that reason we decided not to touch anything before we got informed of how that shower panel was suppose to be installed to leave you a awesome job. Btw you never sent me a address until 4:50. I hope you the best.
