Ethically he was great. When he realized that I might end up paying a lot more to hire him than if I handle my issue under some guidance, then he just did that without a $ from me. As an attorney he kept answering my questions until I stopped asking... he didn't rush me or told me that "I can only talk 15 min or 30 min" etc.. I hope I never need attorneys in my life, but in case if I do, I will hire him...

Mr. Rick Cohen was very professional and understanding. He listened to my issue about my fiance being incarcerated and facing Possible Prison time for Probation Violation and Bond Revocation out of two different counties. He listened to my explanation and help explain the process. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a task (flat fee) based fee structure as opposed to an hourly rate. This removes the fear that fees will increase based on more time or work required to achieve a particular result. Payment plans are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet potential clients in person if possible, otherwise I can Skype or i-chat an interview if time and distance is a factor. Each client and case is unique. I like to make sure the chemistry is right and the client is comfortable with my personality.
