What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a task (flat fee) based fee structure as opposed to an hourly rate.
This removes the fear that fees will increase based on more time or work required to achieve a particular result.
Payment plans are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet potential clients in person if possible, otherwise I can Skype or i-chat an interview if time and distance is a factor. Each client and case is unique. I like to make sure the chemistry is right and the client is comfortable with my personality.
