Treatment was incredible. My skin feels renewed and refreshed. Jo is so professional and informative. She not only took care of my skin at my appointment , but gave me aftercare info and had skin products ready and on hand for me to take home as well.

Jo is very punctual as well as tells you what you will need to achieve your skincare goals. She even tells you if something that you may think you need is the best option for you. Which is something that I value especially since an genuine relationship with my esthetician is something that is deeply valued.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will go over The Consultation Form with each client while addressing their skin care concerns. Then I will explain what the service will consist of whether its a facial, body treatment, hair removal or chemical peel.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my my training at Ogle and have taken several certification classes.
