FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing for both sectors of the business is tailored to the client's needs. Some clients require time-sensitive projects which could be a flat rate based, while other clients' shopping needs work better with an hourly-based rate. I also ask what is your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with an analysis of the client's needs. This analysis involves size analysis, style analysis, and need assessments. If I am hired for the closet organization or interior design, the process involves space analysis, closet evaluation, design development, and organization assortment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Textile Apparel Merchandising Management. Master of Professional Studies in Fashion Merchandising and Business Retail Management. My career in the fashion industry has been with brands such as Donna Karan New York, Paul Smith, Barbara Bui, and other luxury brands, while my interior career has aligned me with the high-end B&B Italia and the most American-branded Ashley.
