- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, I typically start by gathering some basic information about the client's health goals and challenges through a brief questionnaire. After that, we schedule a 60-minute consultation, which can be done either virtually or in person. During this consultation, we perform an in-depth assessment of the client's dietary habits, lifestyle, and health history. Based on this evaluation, I developed a personalized health plan tailored to the individual's specific needs. We then regularly follow up with sessions to track progress and make necessary adjustments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Moreover, I have received specialized training in functional medicine and holistic health approaches, which enables me to incorporate a vast range of strategies into my practice, including dietary interventions, lifestyle changes, and stress management techniques.
