Bought our home brand new in 2011 from D.R. Horton & 14 years later we noticed several foundation issues, several had been apparent from the start. We saw cracks in our tile, the wall brick expansion joints were separating, & many bricks also showed cracks.After getting 3 quotes we decided to go with Olshan - primarily based on the information provided by Dan Steele during our free inspection. Olshan was not the least expensive contractor, but knowing the company had been in business in Dallas for over 20 years & founded in 1933 gave us the confidence to go with Olshan. We were primarily paying for experience.Crew chiefs Angelo Villalobos and Martin Villalobos answered all our concerns & got the work started smoothly. All of the workers were professional and did a great job. We really appreciated the care that Mike, Eduardo, Carlos, Zeke, Jose, Freddy, Jorge, & Christian showed while they worked on our home.The job consisted of 17 piers & they finished in a day. Our yard was cleaned up & concrete repaired in a very professional manner. We have high hopes that our foundation issues have been mitigated & we owe it all to Olshan.There are many foundation companies out there and I would assume most of them can offer similar services. I would highly recommend that you get a quote from Olshan & see if they can offer a value added solution to your foundation issue.

I didnt realize how bad my foundation was until Olshan came out and repaired my foundation. We had gotten use to walking on uneven floors and the doors not closing. After they finished, you can visibly and feel the difference. All my doors close quietly, my floors are even, and the major cracks in my walls went back together. There are no spaces around my house. It looks so nice. Im forever grateful to Juan Hernandez, Lori Paul, Rogelio, Cristian, Adolfo,, Noe, and Danny. Best crew ever. Thank you so much.

Could have saved $20K if I had used Olshan first! I've had three foundation repairs over the years, but my foundation kept getting worse. Olshan was the first to provide a complete plan that included more than just piers around the outside of the house but 10 actually under the inside of my house. Just looking at the piers it was clear they were structurally superior to what was used in the past and could have not only avoided repeated foundation fixes, but also brick, window and drywall repairs that worsening foundation issues caused. The crew led by Oscar was awesome - professional, friendly, and fast. While previous crews dug knee-deep holes, the Olshan team must have dug to the bedrock because they disappeared in their holes. Despite moving what must have been a couple tons of dirt they did an amazing job of replacing the dirt, cleaning up and leveling the ground around the house. If you are going to stay in your house and have your foundation fixed right the first time, I can't imagine using anyone else besides Olshan!

I want to say that Im very satisfied with my slab foundation and raising service. Your crew of Jose, Arturo, Neison, Edwin, Rubin Rolando Juan B and the supervisor Luis did a fantastic job. After raising my foundation it made the mortar cracks and caulking that had pulled away disappear. I couldnt believe it. They worked VERY hard. Looks great and cleaned up everything.They had to dig around my pool pipes that was a difficult chore- did a great job! In addition, I had one sidewalk section that needed replacing and seeded to correct some tree roots that caused it to be unstable. Looks great and blend very well with other sections.Your office staff, Kathrine (sp?) and accounting personnel processed my payments in a professional manner.Thanks again for a job well doneDoug & Leslie Roberts, Coppell
