Vently was very helpful from the beginning. The quick response from the girl at the office was great and they were able to come in quickly and get everything ready and finished. Marco did a great job once he got to our house. He was so professional and also left everything so clean once he was finished. I’ll be happy to work with Vently services again.

May did a great job in getting us scheduled for our dryer vent cleaning ASAP-- very much appreciated! Jesse communicated when he was on the way, showed up on time, explained what he was doing, and took pictures! (My only suggestion is shoe covers, as it was raining, but we don't have carpet downstairs so it was all ok, but others may have carpet and I could see that being a potential issue). They cleaned everything up after the job was completed! Will be using them again!

Fantastic service start to finish. We just moved into a new home that had visibly dirty air ducts. Getting them cleaned gave us such peace of mind. The value was excellent and the work thorough!

Quick response time, good work and great customer service. I got my chimney cleaned and a new chimney cap. They did it all in about a week and it was ready in time for thanksgiving! Avigail was very quick to respond and kept me updated if anything changed or if anything was completed earlier than expected. Marco and Matall did an excellent job cleaning the chimney (that wasn’t cleaned from the previous owners for over 10 years) and installing a chimney cap! They were easy to talk to and very informative on how to use our chimney. I’ll definitively recommend them and use them again for future cleaning and projects.

Marco and Matt were not only efficient in inspecting and cleaning but also very helpful in showing us how to use our fireplace. They provided before and after pictures and helped us to understand our dual use fireplace and the types of wood to use. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. The entire process was smooth and Marco answered our multitude of questions with no hesitation. We really appreciate them and will use Vently in the future!
