We had a great experience when working with TTB. We love our new hardwood floors and the whole job was done in four days! There was always clear communication and workers were respectful and professional. We will use TTB for a future project and make a recommendation to family and friends! Thank you.

While I really liked the quality of the cabinets the customer service and entire process of getting custom cabinets was a horrible experience for me. Our initial meeting they gave an estimate of 6-8 weeks, we met around the end of Aug beginning of Sept. It is now the beginning of December and just yesterday did they finally complete everything. The things I consistently saw during this whole project: 1) contractors are hard to reach I would text 1-3 times and often no response, same with email. If I turned to directly calling them maybe 60% of the time I would get an “answer” by them texting back “can I call you later”? 2) they work on THEIR OWN schedules, end of story. I can’t imagine how much more stressful this process would have been if I was not working from home this whole time due to the pandemic, imagine them scheduling a day (they actually hardly gave time of day just the day) for something to be delivered and never showing up. And you having to follow up on that, because they never follow up and say sorry for missing the delivery time window let’s reschedule they leave it up to you to reach out to them 3) Similar to point 2, they never gave me the right times or days for delivery or measurement appointments, if they gave a day and time they often wouldn’t show up until the next day or the next week. To be honest, I got used to being avail anytime of day for them and not even discussing how unprofessional it is to not follow through on a appointment because I just wanted to get it done 4) There is no cohesive communication between cabinet manufacturer, cabinet designer, and countertop partners. I gave them a picture of the cabinet I wanted to replicate, the build of the cabinet went fine but then we got to the countertop and plumbing part and they informed me that they would have to modify my design and make the top row of drawers fake drawers to be able to have the sinks aligned with the plumbing. We ended up compromising on only two fake drawers, but to me this should have not even come up as an issue and should have been taken care of during the design process 5) They told me since I was paying for the whole slab for the countertop I might as well use the leftover on another sink I have. I agreed and they took the measurements for that other sink TWICE, the day of installation of the countertop on the main bathroom they didn’t come with the extra slab. And I had to schedule another day for them to deliver the excess cut to the dimensions needed for the other sink, they charged me for that delivery even though it should have technically been included with the first delivery, at this point I was tired and just wanted the excess bc going through another vendor to get another countertop would be more expensive and I had already paid for the whole slab so why not use it In conclusion if you are looking for affordable soft close custom drawers but don’t mind with working with a contractor who doesn’t respond half of the time, takes 2-3x longer than they estimate, gives you surprise extra charges here and there, and are willing to be available for them at any drop of the hat time of day then hire TTB. I am pleased with the craftsmanship of the cabinets but the entire process has stressed me out way more than it really should have

Details: Bathroom • No existing plans, but have a good idea of what I want • No existing cabinets to remove • Yes, I also need the cabinets installed • Home

It has been great experience with TTB. I chose them after lot of research for making patio with stone. It came up as a beautiful patio with great finishing. They are very friendly and humble persons to work with. Best thing I observed is they do not compromise with quality. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I definitely recommend them to other.
