- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on scope, speed, and volume. I work either project-based or monthly, depending on whether you need a one-time build or an ongoing content and growth system. I keep pricing transparent: you’ll always know what’s included, what’s optional, and what requires extra production. No hidden fees. If you need designers or developers, I can bring trusted people from my network and manage the process end-to-end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we align on the goal and reality. What matters most: leads, bookings, sales, installs, foot traffic, or brand awareness. Then I audit what you already have: content, website, tracking, and channels. After that, I build a simple strategy and an execution system: content formats, publishing cadence, landing page flow, and performance review. We launch, measure, and iterate weekly. Fast decisions, clean reporting, no chaos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training is hands on. I’ve spent years writing, editing, and producing content at scale, and I’ve built real marketing systems for businesses that needed results, not theory. I work daily with WordPress, content ops, analytics, and automation tools, plus platform-native short form editing and distribution.
