FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
A mediator is a third-party neutral who assists parties in conflict to reach an equible settlement agreement. Most of my cases are court appointed, however I do take cases outside the court system such as divorce, decree modification, and pre-litigation mediation to prevent parties from having to go to court.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check out his/her life experiences. A mediator should have maturity and a raport with people of every economic level and culture. Experience such as mine, traveling on business and or pleasure to Mexico, Belize, Grand Cayman, Colombia, Panama, Costa Rica, Brazil, Canada, Britain, France, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Lebanon, Syria, Israel, and Russia from Moscow to deep Siberia, gives a mediator ability to empathize with people, gain their trust, and settle conflicts.
