It's hard leaving a pet at home; Ashley does everything to ease the transition. She's super friendly and professional - and I appreciated that she corresponded regularly about how my cat was getting along. She made me feel like Otis was not only attended to, but genuinely cared for in her company. Given the opportunity, I'd definitely hire her again and I will certainly recommend her to friends.

She was great! We had a preliminary meeting so I could give her my key and she asked lots of good pertinent questions. It made me comfortable that my cat was in good hands, with someone who knew and loved animals.
She sent me texts each day, so I knew how my fur baby was doing and could have her modify the feeding schedule if needed.

Ashley was great! I would give her 6 stars, if possible.
We had her look after our cat and she did an awesome job! We really enjoyed the fact that she does all the work herself and doesn't contract out. She was very accommodating to our schedule, even though we booked at the last second.
I would highly recommend Ashley and will certainly be using her again.
