* In-house inspection of current homes prior to signing lease contract

* Maximum exposure of leasing properties through weekly newspapers, the MLS system and signs
* Maintaining awareness of market conditions to ensure that properties are leased at an excellent price
* Tenant searches and evaluations, background check including credit report, criminal or eviction records, and check-writing history
* Collection of deposit and first month's rent prior to move-in
* Preparation and execution of lease documents
