- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is quoted up front based on the property and the services you need, like photos, video, drone, twilight, 3D tours or floor plans, so there are no surprises. Floor plans are included free with every photo package. Travel outside DFW is quoted per job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Tell me the property address, the services you need and your timeline. I usually reply the same day. 2. We confirm scope, timing and a shoot date. 3. I arrive on time and capture interiors, exteriors, aerials and social clips. 4. Edited, web-ready photos and videos are delivered in 24 to 72 hours, formatted for MLS and social.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come from a music-video production background, which is why every shoot gets a director's eye instead of a checklist. All drone work is done by an FAA-licensed remote pilot.
