FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After testing a system I give a total price for all repairs and enhancements needed. There is no hourly charge, no parts charge, pricing is based on my knowledge of what the job will require, and what I feel is a fair profit. If repairs take longer or cost me more than I quote I stand by the original price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to meet, at the meeting they tell me there concerns about the sprinkler system, then I run through the system to diagnose needed repairs and see any improvements that can be made. Then I give the customer a total price for the job and, upon agreement, the work is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty five years working in all areas of the Landscape industry, the last ten managing and repairing irrigation systems as an irrigator licensed by the State of Texas. I am also certified as a Landscape Irrigation Auditor trained in evaluating and improving the overall efficiency of a system and conservation scheduling.
