- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since Tom James Co. is my resource there is no additional consulting fee-it's just the cost of the clothing you purchase. For women, since my resource is retail stores-my rate is $35 per hour or 3 hours for $100. Initial 20 min. consultation is free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I take image consulting classes, I study trends (wardrobes in movies, TV shows, etc.) & translate that to help my clients looks polished and professional in their profession.
