- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engineers complete a 21 point free technology consultation. Once solutions are decided by the customer based off the report given, an installation team will deploy the devices. Then a 24/7 help desk will check and ensure all devices are online, configured properly and connected to monitoring systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple certifications in different fields of expertise. Certifications range from Microsoft to audio/video calibration certifications and everything between. Our technicians always come to the door, knowledgeable and ready to assist in any problem.
