Had a great session with Daphne. She showed up on time and ready to practice. She created a flow that worked well for me as a beginner and made the overall experience very enjoyable. I look forward to practicing with her again soon.

I've always wanted to do yoga but never took the time to do it... working with Daphne was a great and challenging experience that was good for a first timer like me. It was a good workout and helped to stretch out muscles that probably haven't been stretched out in years...I recommend her services to others

Daphne is an Absolutely AHMAZING Yoga instructor! She creates a welcoming mood, playing calming music to help make an easy transition. I get so much out of her classes…. both for my mind and body. She is challenging and accommodating, she encourages you to do your best for what your body needs, her experience and knowledge of the yoga practice she brings is amazing. I always look forward to my yoga sessions with Daphne as I know I will be leaving feeling like “it was just what I needed”. I would recommend everyone to sign up for a class with her, you won’t be disappointed!!

Invite the customer to speak with me on the phone so that I can understand their fitness level, expectations, limitations and to discuss pricing and a schedule.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training with Transform NOLA Yoga. This training included yoga theory, alignment, physical anatomy, self reflections, group discussions & so much more. I am constantly evolving and training is on going.
