Very professional and kind. The technician Jonathan was very knowledgeable and courteous. He and his assistant were very respectful of the property and cleaned the windows very well after the installation. My sister and I are very pleased with the work that was done. We had a completely stuck sliding patio door in an older townhome we recently bought. We didnt want to pay the money to completely replace the door, and Glass with JZ saved the day. The door frame wasn't even & has settled over the years so it wasnt an easy fix. They shaped the sliding doors to fit just right in 2 visits to where the door finally opens/closes smoothly & can actually lock/unlock. James & both Johnny's were professional, informative, & found solutions to a problem they hadn't seen before & saved us a lot of money. Will be using them again for any future needs!
