- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each business that I work with is unique, so naturally, the price associated varies. Once we're able to gather the information necessary (# of monthly transactions, # of bank and credit card accounts, # of partners in the business, etc...) we will be able to develop your customized proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical client will be integrated into our workflow over the course of 30-60 days. A lot of this timing can depend on the responsiveness of the client, as business owners can get very busy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was raised within a family business and was organizing invoices shortly after learning how to read. My mother was the bookkeeper for our family business that handled wholesale grocery distribution and owned several large warehouses throughout the DFW metroplex. My education for bookkeeping primarily comes from being taught how to do things the right way by a CPA. I am G.A.A.P. compliant and have multiple certifications for the software applications my business partners with.
