Justin sent one of his co-workers, Herman, to assess my electrical issues. Upon arriving and viewing my property, Herman immediately contacted Justin for a second opinion to come to this home to make sure my needs were met. They worked as a team, assessed my needs and Mr. Herman went to work. He worked professionally, quickly and soon solved the problem with the lighting fixture in my Master bedroom bath. Not only did Electricpros solve this issue, they installed a new smoke detector in my rear bedroom. They assessed this situation and determined that it was in my best interest to obtain a new smoke detector for the hole that had been prepared in the ceiling. However, get this. Electricpros installed the smoke detector but they gave me the brand new, out of the box smoke detector, outright, did the install, and my quoted price for the job did not change. THANK YOU. I had an outdoor plug that would trip once in awhile. The electrician let me know that the only thing wrong was probably moisture getting in and electrically it was fine. He gave me the choice of getting a better cover myself since it would cost a minimum of the standard fee if he worked in it. Where do you find honesty like that? I had him replace it. Great job and very professional. I have a new electrician!

I had to have an electrician look at some light fixtures. Electrician arrived at the specified time and was efficient in evaluating the fixtures, explaining the issue, resolving the problem, and providing the documentation I needed. Would definitely use again.

Originally requested a quotation on the replacement of a Panel - which was reported as 'dangerous' by my building inspector and confirmed by another electrician & internet search. However - Justin was the only person to ask the question 'Why?' and actually looked at it to confirm the suspicion. He explained to me why it didn't need to be replaced with a reasonable explanation. I hired him anyway for the expansion work I was planning after panel replacement - and I'm so glad I did. Great service, excellent responsiveness and honest. The actual technician who performed the work was clean, professional, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work performed. Thanks!
