- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are mid range on our labor price. We do this knowing that the average homeowner wants to save money. If any permits are needed, we will not charge you any more than what the city or county fees are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We enjoy networking and working with new customers. Professionalism is a high priority, and word of mouth through new customers helps us stay in business. We pride ourselves with a professional atmosphere and a thorough review of our first time customers needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IEC electrical school. Getting Engineering degree at UTA.
