FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly having training to stay up to date on the latest shingles and advancements in roof technology. Our owner and CEO Chuck Fairchild is a licensed adjuster. He stays up to date on all the new rules that regulate our industry so that he can see the whole roof/insurance process from all sides; as the customer, the insured, and the contractor. Constantly attends training seminars.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We begin by preforming a free no obligation inspection to check for damage, then we work with the insurance company to file a claim. We do the work for what the insurance estimates the RCV (replacement cost value) is. We install gutters, drip edge, we replace roofs, we powerwash and stain fences, we install fences, we can pretty much do it all.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure they are with the BBB and have an A+ like we do. Don't let your insurance company tell you your roof has zero damage, they don't want to pay to re-roof your house, but hail damage is considered an "act of God" and it is illegal for them to raise your premium. Always hire a contractor, a certified, licensed professional to represent you when dealing with insurance companies. This is the best way to maximize your claim.
