FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every estimate is free, itemized and in writing, so you see exactly what you're paying for before you sign. We don't do discounts or lowball bids. We charge a fair price for quality work, and if a project is over budget, we adjust the scope, not the quality. Payments are staged: a deposit when you sign, progress payments as work is completed, and the final payment when the job is done and you're happy with it. Card payments have a 3% processing fee. Check, cash and bank transfer have no fee. For insurance roof claims, we work from your insurance company's approved scope, and your out-of-pocket cost is usually your deductible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We meet at your home to see the project, take measurements and talk through what you want. 2. You get a detailed written estimate with a clear payment schedule. You can review and sign it right from your phone. 3. We schedule the work and confirm the dates, the crew and what to expect before day one. 4. During the job, we keep you updated with regular check-ins and photos. If we find something unexpected, like rot or water damage, we show you before anything changes. 5. We do a final walkthrough together, and you get your warranty Every job ends, but the relationship doesn't. We're here if you ever need us again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years in roofing and remodeling. We stay current on local building codes and manufacturer installation requirements, because work that isn't done to code or to the manufacturer's specs can void your warranty. We pull permits when the work requires them.
