- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not supply cleaning products. However, I do bring my Kirby, wash cloths, scrub brush and duster. Therefore, I charge an average of $20.00 an hour for indoor jobs and for outside jobs it's $25.00(this includes Garage organization and lawn clean up).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come by for an interview, I like to visit with my customers, become aquainted on the needs of my customer and to review the condition of the residence/business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been noted in my family as the clean freak! Some history about my experience: I was a Retail Manager for 3.5 years during which time I trained newly hired employees on the cleaning techniques of our company and retrained seasoned employees who had bad habits. Allot of that revolved around cleanliness within the work place. I worked having my own cleaning business in Arizona. I was able to enjoy cleaning for members of the church and go to school. That same pattern has carried over, I started Alltop Family Cleaning Services in Texas, and I now have moved to Utah. I am excited to begin working again for the community while I attend BYU-I Online.
