- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact 2. Setup an appointment 3. Estimate - go to job site and go through the desired plan or thought a customer has 4. Put together an estimate (a day to a week typically depending on the size of the job) 5. Get a signed estimate and send and invoice 6. Receive a 50% deposit 7. Order materials if required 8. Fabricate or build anything needed for install 9. Invoice next 25% 10. Setup install date 11. Install 12. Final Walk thru and payment 13. A 5 star review!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been an oil and gas welding inspector, a structural steel inspector, and was trained in high school for welding.
