- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for my services as a REALTOR and property manager are all negotiable between the parties and it will vary from property to property as to type, size, location, condition, services needed, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My professional requires that we take continuing educational courses to renew our real estate license. We are required to have 15 hours every other year to renew. Last renewal I had 60 hours of MCE. I also teach real estate classes. I am also chairman of the property management sub-committee for the Texas Association of REALTORS.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While attending college I worked as a maintenance man at an apartment complex doing odd jobs and such. From there I worked my way up the ladder to maintenance supervisor, assistant property manager, property manager, property supervisor, asset manager, etc.
