- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to have a conversation via phone or email before giving a quote for my accounting/bookkeeping services. My fees are transaction based.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If agreeable with the client I would like to meet via phone or zoom and discuss how my skills can best suit their needs with regards to bookkeeping, financial statements, payroll, sales tax, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BBA from Abilene Christian University and a MBA from Amber University. I also have 40 years of hands on accounting experience in various industries and non-profits.
