- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by linear footage on new installs and by the hour for small repairs. In some cases we will charge by the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers come first so we work closely with them to get a better understanding of what they are wanting so that their needs are met and satisfaction is delivered. After an onsite evaluation of your property we email an estimate outlining everything from the material list to payment and warranties using the latest and most up to date technology, putting every detail in the palm of your hand and helping to make your decision to move forward on your project as simple as the swipe of your finger by signing and sending immediately from your iPhone or Android. A security deposit is required before starting any project. This ensures a satisfactory job in a timely manner start to finish and covers the material acquisition. Once a start date is set, we call 811 before we dig and when we arrive on time to start we work safely in a timely manner to complete our clients fence by the agreed deadline, cleaning the site of all trash and debris commonly caused by jobs of this nature, if any special instruction is needed we will go over them with the customer to make sure they understand before we close the project down and leave. A follow up call is usually given within 30 days to find out if the customer is still fully satisfied and if an issue has come up we resolve it immediately.
