Damon did an absolutely wonderful job on my home remodel. He replaced and installed all the soffit around my home. I live on a pear and beam and he enclosed the entire perimeter installing access doors for the crawl space and enclosing the deck with chicken-wire behind lattice. I looks wonderful. He rebuild my front porch, and repaired the poor work a previous contractor left me with. Damon is also extremely talented and creative with wood working. I asked him to make me a built-in corner boot bench with a hinged lid and his finished installed product was far beyond my expectation! It's beautiful! Damon is punctual, well mannered, polite, a real pleasure to have working at my home. He never left a mess. Catharine, Oakhill If you would like to speak with me, ask Damon for my number, I dont want to post it here. Thank you

Arrived on time. Work was outstanding! Great work ethic - started the job and stayed at it until it was done. Even worked around the housekeeper who was there at the same time.

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have worked with wood since I was 12. I was working as a manager of a coffee shop in L.A. 6 years ago and started doing small handyman jobs for customers. After about 6 months I had more and more people looking for my services so I started doing it full time. Over time I have been sable to scale down the odd jobs and focused on carpentry.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check their previous work. Know what skill level people are at. There is a difference if they are willing to go the extra mile to complete a job as best as can be.
