- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to start working with a new customer, we typically interview the clients to assess their need and then we tailor a cost efficient package for them. Afterwards, we will ask the client to submit their information so we can start immediately on the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Vanguard Bookkeeping and Tax, LLC we ALL hold bachelors in Accounting, Finance and a couple hold MBA's. We are CERTIFIED Quickbooks Pro Advisors and some are currently sitting for the CPA certification tests.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers, from start ups to large franchises. No customer is too small nor too big.
