FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing system varies on the customers specific needs. We are fairly priced and we price our selves so the work is performed above average. We genuinely appreciate the many men and women who proudly serve and defend our country. To show our appreciation we offer a military discount on service and repair, anytime…any day! THANKS SO MUCH TO OUR ARMED FORCES FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO! For our senior citizens we also proudly offer senior citizen discount, not on certain days of the week but, every day of the week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Speak with the client to find out more about their need to get the full scope of work. 2. Depending on the work, a proposal is written up and signed in addition to the quote information being shard. 3. An invoice is created based on the amount needed to begin the work. 4. Once the required payment is made, I begin work on your project. There are certain steps that are added to the process, depending on the type of work. Quotes may vary per type of job/estimate. Some jobs do not require an invoice or payment up front till the job is done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most construction workers learn their trade through short-term on-the-job training after being hired by a construction contractor or a temporary-help employment agency. Although there are no formal educational requirements, high school classes in english, mathematics, blueprint reading, welding, and shop can be helpful. I have 15 years through on-the-job training.
