Introduction: Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or you have been practicing for years I am here to guide you and encourage you.
My classes are customized for you or your group. My goal is that you leave my class feeling refreshed and happy.
The yoga practice I teach is Hatha; Hatha is the physical practice of yoga and is the most common practiced today. The primary focus is asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (yoga breathing exercises). The combination of breathing, and postures gives a nice rounded approach to your practice; which can have a very calming effect on the body and mind.
I work with adults and children of all ages. Private, Group and Community Classes.
I have a passion for teaching; my greatest joy is when my student/client is happy.
