Introduction: I am a mobile notary public, commissioned in the state of Texas. I am available 24/7 and can travel to the client's home, office, hospital room, elderly care facility or wherever my services are needed to witness the signing of documents.
I am also a National Notary Association-certified notary signing agent and can witness the signing of mortgage loan documents in the comfort of the borrower's home or business. I am 100% bilingual in English and Spanish and can explain the documents in either language.
I am also experienced in business verification inspections as well as equipment lease verification inspections. I will go out to see the site, visit the lease holder or business, inspect and photograph the equipment being leased or the business facility.
