My work stands out the most because I always put the clients needs before anything else. Most clients have stress due to the situation they are going through and vent out their problems I do not judge them or stress them out any further I simply lend my ear and allow them to vent. There are times that after their venting session they seem to be a bit more relaxed and have a clearer mind about the situation. Whether the form is time sensitive or needs to be translated. Another aspect is that I speak and write Spanish and English fluently. What I like the most of my job is the people I meet everyday.

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?In this line of duty working with a new customers is a common thing. We like to treat our customers whether they are new or old like family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Self educating is a must in this line of business. Since the laws change constantly one must always be retraining and reeducating themselves.
