What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There isn't really a standard pricing for our services but we are economical.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In this line of duty working with a new customers is a common thing. We like to treat our customers whether they are new or old like family.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self educating is a must in this line of business. Since the laws change constantly one must always be retraining and reeducating themselves.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into this line of work after working for attorneys.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to a customer that is looking to hire a notary would be to make sure that the client is comfortable with the Notary.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That notaries are not attorneys and can not provide the client with legal advice or draft any legal documents for the client.
