- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is already been streamlined to where it is affordable based off our service(s). We want try to short change you in the service we provide, so please don't try to short change me in paying for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sit down with the customer and get a very good understanding of what their end state should look like. Once we have come to an agreement on what the final product is to be delivered, we then go through how we will get there. Our initial meeting is a lot of question and answers so that we get a very good understanding of the customers expectations and what their are looking for in an final product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been live streaming since 2015. It has been a lot of OJT!! As new technology is developed in the streaming field, we continue to strive to stay on top of it. We have done events ranging from youth sporting events, to live streaming city government meetings.
