- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and project-based pricing tailored to our clients' needs and the specific job requirements. Hourly pricing is typically suited for shorter timeframes where the outcome is more client-dependent, such as education and guidance. In contrast, project pricing is applied when we have a defined strategy and execution plan, allowing us to provide a clear flat rate for delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial step is to meet with clients, usually via video, to introduce ourselves and understand their business and immediate needs. This foundational meeting allows both parties to gauge mutual confidence and determine the next steps should there be a mutual decision to proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rick, with a degree in Business Management, has founded and grown over a dozen businesses since 2000. Since its inception in 2009, Grow My Biz has been dedicated to assisting small businesses.
