Initially, there was decent communication and the contractor came out fairly quickly to see the project. The day of, the work was not completely done and he was to come back no later than a week to finish. The one week turned into about 3, and there was very poor communication and assurances. In the end, the actual installation of concrete was below average, and I wouldn’t go with this contractor again simply due to the overall experience and quality of the work.
