FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use transparent, upfront pricing. You’ll know the full investment before any work begins — no surprises or hourly guesswork. We charge a diagnostic visit fee to properly identify the issue. This fee is fully credited toward approved repairs. We also offer our PowerCare Club membership, which includes: • Annual electrical safety inspection • Free annual smoke and CO detector battery replacement • 10% savings on repairs Our focus is on safe, code-compliant work that lasts — not the lowest bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule your visit with a confirmed arrival window 2. Perform a professional diagnostic to find the root cause 3. Present clear options with upfront pricing 4. Complete the approved work safely and cleanly 5. Test everything and walk you through the results Our goal is simple: fix it right the first time and leave your home better than we found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed in Texas and trained in residential and light commercial electrical systems. We stay current with National Electrical Code requirements and focus on areas like panel upgrades, surge protection, EV chargers, and advanced troubleshooting. Electrical work is not a place for shortcuts — proper training and licensing directly impact safety.
