FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
B&B Electric operates on transparent, upfront pricing. We provide a clear investment amount before any work begins, so there are no surprises. We charge a diagnostic visit fee, which is fully credited toward approved repairs. We do not provide free troubleshooting, as proper diagnosis protects both the customer and the integrity of the electrical system. We offer our PowerCare Club membership, which includes an annual electrical safety inspection and 15 percent savings on repairs (up to $1,000 per job). We focus on quality, code compliance, and long-term reliability — not the lowest bid.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Schedule a service visit with a confirmed arrival window. 2. Perform a professional diagnostic to identify the root cause. 3. Provide clear solution options with upfront pricing. 4. Complete approved work safely and cleanly. 5. Test all installations and review the work before leaving. 6. Our goal is to fix the issue correctly the first time and protect the home long term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are licensed and trained in residential and light commercial electrical service. We stay current with National Electrical Code requirements and Texas licensing standards. We focus heavily on safety, surge protection, panel upgrades, EV chargers, lighting, troubleshooting, and system modernization. Electrical work is not a trade where shortcuts are acceptable. Proper training and licensing matter.
