- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Payment is REQUIRED in advance once a invoice is sent out. Notaries are not allowed to be dispatched until the fees paid in full. 2. If there is a cancellation 24 hours before set appointment there will be no fee. 3. If the cancellation is not done within 24 hours to cancel, $50 fee will be billed to you. 4. If you are a repeat client you will get a discount. 5. If you are a veteran with valid Military ID, you will get a discount. 6. If you are a senior over the age of 65, with Valid ID, you will receive a discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We actively listen to our new customers to see what their expectations are. Then. we proceed. No one case is alike, they have to be handled individually, not as a collective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are educated and trained by our respective specialized schools and associations. We have continuing educational classes. We are strongly encouraged to stay abreast on current events and developments happening in real time. In addition, we are subscribers to the newsletters. Therefore, we are in a constant state of learning.
