Pete was referred by a neighbor. Saw his work and wanted a quote. Very prompt and professional. Gave me honest opinions about what I wanted, and gave me alternatives that would make the additional covered patio space seem as if it was always a part of the house. After getting several other quotes, we realized Pete was the only one that mentioned other options. The rest just quoted what I wanted. We circled back to him and went with his suggestions. Glad we did. Once we finished with our patio, we decided to move forward with an outdoor kitchen and putting in our pool. Peter drew out many options. he was patient with us and walked us through the permits, picking colors and even giving us his contractor prices for the kitchen appliances. He kept us appraised of all stages and was always there, even when he couldn’t work because of rain. Our outdoor area is beautiful and we are very happy with Pete’s work.

Working with Peter at Armstrong Residential Transformations was a great experience! Peter understood the design we were looking for and was able to implement it beautifully. We wanted a large patio extension that looked like it was original to the house, and we had some difficult design areas (such as rounded exterior walls with a turret roof) that made it a little complicated. Peter was able to envision what we wanted, put it to paper, and have his crew build it exactly the way we wanted it. We also had a storage addition built on the back side of our garage, and again we wanted it to look seamless like it was an original part of the house and not an addition. Peter came through for us again on that design and implementation. Some things that make Peter stand out from other contractors: honesty, integrity, punctuality, and a desire to do the job properly the first time so there are no issues later. I would not hesitate to use Armstrong Residential Transformations for any future projects and have already recommended this company to several neighbors.
