Introduction: Whitmire Pest Control is a small family business started in 2013 by Brad Whitmire. I am his son Braden and I now run the business. I am married to my wife Holly and we believe in helping and serving our community. We believe in family and hard work. I think the reason you should use me as your exterminator is that I care about my clients and value you and your family. While others may only be looking to make money off of you, I see you as someone with intrinsic dignity and worth. I hope to show you that in my work ethic and devotion to help you with any pest need.

If you want to get rid of crawly critters, Braden can get er done. Have been using this company for several years and always a honest quality job. Its hard to trust someone in your house walking around, you can trust this honest respectful man. Thanks Whitmire Pest Control for years of protection.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    1. Discuss the pest needs via phone call or text messaging. For instance: they tell me that they are seeing ants in their kitchen. Then I them what I can do about their problem. 2. We schedule the day they want me to come out and do the job. Just like in step 1, they can do this via call or text. 3. I arrive and introduce myself. I usually like to look inside and outside of the perimeters of the home before I get my things. It’s usually at this point when I give the customer a chance to ask me any more questions before I start. 4. I start the work. It’s usually done in 20-40 minutes and the customer tends to find the process surprisingly painless and easy. 5. The customer pays me. I usually go over any guarantees the customer may have (such as a 1 month guarantee) and I tell them to contact me if they need anything else. If the customer wants regular pest maintenance I put them in my system to be contacted at the frequency they desire (usually once every 3 months).

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    A pest technician license.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father worked for over a decade for Terminix and decided to go in business for himself. Once he built the business up, he hired me.
