I would highly recommend using this agency. Fawn is busy and may not respond immediately but she is worth the wait. We met in a nearby coffee shop to review my taxes after I submitted everything online and she was able file everything the same day! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically done at an hourly rate of $40.00 per hour. Longstanding customers may be offered a discounted flat rate after a year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get basic information about the customer such as the industry and years in business. From there, we have a discussion about your needs and how we can accomplish it for you. Once that is determined, we submit a service agreement for signature to get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our current employees have a college degree. As the owner, I have a bachelors degree in accounting. My lead associate has a bachelors with a concentration in music and business and has worked with me since she was in high school.
