- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is regulated by the state of Texas for Notarial acts, plus a travel fee if applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the individual to gather information needed to perform the notarization such as where and when the notarization is taking place, what type of notary act is being requested, contact info, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken training from the Secretary of State's office, along with training from the National Notary Association.
