Cyclone Heating and Air was amazing! Mario was very quick to respond back to us in regards to our upstairs AC blowing warm...prior to me reaching out to his company we had already had another company come out and found that our evaporator coil was broke...and was quoted an outrageous amount to replace....close to 4K...that just seemed crazy to me but had no idea so I reached out to multiple companies...ALL of the other estimates were WAY lower than that first company that came out.....I went with Cyclone though because he took time to educated me, was kind, held his next available appointment for me for a few hours while I was deciding who to go with, reached out to confirm the night before that he was coming, arrived on time, his team was so polite, installation went amazingly smooth, he even registered the new coil and sent us the paperwork....bottom line though...we trusted him...once you speak to him and meet him you will see what I’m talking about...We have been taken advantage of SO many times with AC repairs, plumbers, etc....you KNOW with Cyclone that you aren’t...will never lose his number!!! Stay away from the big box names and use him!!!

Mario is amazing. I’d an issue w/ another technician who declined my warranty claim to make more money. After that I contacted Mario and explained him. Within a day he was at my place for diagnosis. He was very prompt and changed the fan motor within the time. He also tested the AC vents inside the house, also tested the another AC unit and provided his recommendations. I’d definitely contact him in future, will definitely recommend him to my friends and neighbors. Thank you Mario for your service.
