TV Mounting - I do not mount on tile. - I only offer 2 different types of wire hiding: 1. electrical outlet installation and hiding HDMI/AV cables in the wall 2. Cord cover. I WILL NOT install an extension cord in your wall. It is against code and a fire hazard. - I am unable to install an electrical outlet on a brick/stone surface. Internet Services - I am unable to run new Ethernet drops in 2 story homes. -I do not provide satellite internet installation services. - COMPUTERS - - I do not provide soldering services. - Standalone monitors CANNOT be repaired. A new one will have to be purchased. THANK YOU!

Lance set up my computer and monitors. I was missing a cable needed to connect everything. He knew exactly what I needed, found it online, purchased it and returned to finish the job after obtaining the cable. I was so happy with his work, professionalism and knowledge with electronics that I also asked him to mount and program a tv for me. I decided I didn’t like the tv I originally purchased after it was mounted on the wall (I mistakenly bought the wrong size). Lance provided suggestions for a replacement tv based on my preferences, he unmounted the original tv, and returned a few days later to mount the larger tv I purchased based on his advice. Luckily he also had a mount that fit the larger tv after realizing my old mount wouldn’t fit. I never would have been able to figure out or done all of this without his help. He will definitely be my “go to” person for anything electronic in the future.

We were having difficulty with one of our computers. Lance arrived soon after our call. He replaced the hard drive in the computer and it is working better and faster than the day that we bought it. We asked him to take a look at both of our printers, and he had them working so much better in just a few minutes. Lance is such a professional and answered every question that we had. We now have his contact information on "speed dial". He is the best computer technician that we have ever had and we will only use him from now on. I had one of those weird computer glitches that worked itself out when the tech called me. He began to walk me through a few steps to see what he could do by phone and the computer started working fine. The main thing I liked so much is the tech called just minutes after placing the request. He was super friendly and willing to help me out on the phone if at all possible. Great job!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They will reach out to me about the desired service and then depending on the service that is needed, I'll ask questions to see what the solution should actually be and if I'm actually a fit for the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have some post secondary education for computer repair, however, most of my training has come from just getting my hands on broken computers, looking at youtube videos, researching forums about the issues and figuring the issue out and resolving it. I don’t have any formal training with mounting TVs. I learned from watching other techs and YouTube videos.
