What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a complete turnkey flooring company that handles furniture and appliance move, leveling of your floor and the best installation experience in the industry. We offer superior products with warranties ranging from 15 years to lifetime, so while we may not be the lowest cost option we are definitely the best. We also offer 0% financing with approved credit and various alternative payment options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our Design Associates will come to your home in our mobile showroom. Our mobile showroom carries over 1300 flooring samples, so after measuring your space we will present various options to fit your flooring needs. Once you decide the best options for your home we will present upfront pricing and begin the scheduling process. Typically installations can be completed within 2 weeks and you can begin enjoying the floor of your dreams.
