- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Roya, we have packaged several of the most requested services into packages that allow the clients more time monthly for the team to work the project. Package Rates start at $30.00 an hour Per Hour Rates (depending on project starts at $35.00) Basic Telemarketing rates start at 40.00 an hour Certain Packages require a setup fee. Travel Fee (case by case bases) We have several different packages and we try to work with everyone's budget. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After being contacted via Thumbtack we take the following steps Step 1 the Discovery Call (allows us to learn more about the project and the Client) Step 2 Contract and Invoice is submitted Step 3 Client Portal is established along with Trello Step 4 Client loads all important data to Trello Step 5 is the onboarding Call to learn more about the system's passwords and so forth the Client has in place That's a wrap we begin the work process.
